This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made from Astryxa Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Undergarments or intimate apparel

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration


4. Return Process

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We may require photo evidence before approving a replacement or refund.

If approved, we will cover the cost of replacement or refund at our discretion.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.


7. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

9. Chargebacks & Fraud

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claims. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in account restrictions and reporting to payment processors.

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
